Hi Graham, welcome to the beautiful Gold Coast. We usually have a few distances on a Sunday, anything from 5km to 12km, with lots of different abilities. We also have various runs during the week that you may be interested in. The best thing is to come along to one of our Sunday runs and join in. This Sunday is Easter Sunday but we are still having our normal run...6:30am at Justins Park, cnr The Esplanade and Gold Coast Highway, Burleigh Heads. The following week is an 8km time trial at Pizzey Park, Burleigh Waters. Our blog and Facebook page usually have the most up-to-date information. We look forward to meeting you!

Hi guys, my partner Karen and I are new to the coast having recently arrived from England. We were in a running club back there and we’re looking to find a new club here. Can you tell us what sort of distances you do on a Sunday morning and do you cater for all levels. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi David,
The club will be closed on Easter Sunday. However, some members may be running in the hinterland. If you email the club secretary, Carol, at goldcoastrunnersclub@hotmail.com She will be able to email you back the details of who is running when and where when it gets closer.
The following Sunday (May 1) will be a club time trial. It is a 10 km event and you are welcome to join us. Details will be posted to the blog the week before the run.
