It will be 12.5 km all up or longer for those who want to run further. This will be the course for a Fun Run being held in May that our Club has been asked to do the marshalling and time recording for. It will be an exercise to find out all the marshall points & to give everyone a look at course. The run consists of a river run, bridges, boardwalks & footpaths. It will be a very scenic route, & flat.

AGM
The Gold Coast Runners Club Annual General Meeting will be held after the club run at the club house at 8 am. Please consider taking on a position for the year as the club only functions with the support of its members.
All office bearer and committee positions have to be nominated and voted in as per the rules of the Club constitution, so please give some thought as to who you would like to see filling these positions. It does require a degree of dedication for the twelve months however, speaking from personal experience, it has been a fabulous twelve months and well worth the effort.
We have gained quite a few new members in the past twelve months and it would be great to see you all at the AGM together with the long-term members. The members make the Club and play an important part in the direction the Club goes!! So if you are able to make the AGM, come along and put forward your views/ideas/experience…
